When the Waukee Community School District opens a new facility current boundaries are reviewed and adjusted through a Comprehensive Boundary Process. A board approved committee consisting of 30-40 stakeholders is appointed to review the current attendance boundaries and bring a recommendation to the school board for adjustments. This district is planning to open Radiant Elementary in the fall of 2019 and a second high school in the fall of 2021. The Comprehensive Boundary Process will establish new elementary boundary lines and a secondary feeder system that includes two high schools.
